SmartFastPay is a company based in Brazil that processes payments for its partners in a convenient and easy way. Created with the goal of facilitating payments around the world, SmartFastPay only plays the role of intermediary, whose goal is to receive the amounts paid by users of its partners' websites and services and pass these values on to their final recipients, once again confirming the characteristic of payment intermediary.

Limitation of Liability for Services Contracted Through the Website

You agree that SmartFastPay is a mere intermediary agent between users, partners, and service providers available on the SmartFastPay Platform, and any complaints about service failures and intermediation.

You agree that SmartFastPay is exempt from liability, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, including, without limitation, liability for direct, punitive, special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, in relation to goods or services provided by any of the partners present on the SmartFastPay platform, including, without limitation, liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be incurred.

You agree to exonerate SmartFastPay from any liability with respect to the same.

No Warranties

Under no circumstances will SmartFastPay be liable for any losses or damages caused by the user's reliance on information obtained through a partner's website and direct contact with them, or the user's reliance on any product or service obtained from a SmartFastPay partner.

It is the user's responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, advice, or other content available through our partners' websites. We suggest seeking the help of professionals, when necessary, regarding the evaluation of any specific opinion, advice, products, services, or other content.

Transmission of Personal Data

The user acknowledges and agrees that by providing SmartFastPay with any personal or proprietary information through the website, they are allowing the transmission of this information across international borders as necessary for processing in accordance with SmartFastPay's business practices.

Access and use of secure areas and/or password-protected areas of the website are restricted to authorized users. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the website may be subject to prosecution.

The user's access and use of the Website are subject to all applicable international standards, federal, state, local laws, and regulations.

General Considerations

SmartFastPay may use all valid and possible means to verify the authenticity of the vouchers, documents, or records submitted by the user;

Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement between the user and SmartFastPay, if there is an indication of illegality, fraud, or violation of these general conditions, if it can be interpreted that any information, content, or data entered by the user on their site violates these general conditions, or if there is a complaint against the user, SmartFastPay may, at its sole discretion and without the need for prior notice, suspend payment until the situation is clarified.

SmartFastPay may receive daily through the email [email protected] complaints, notifications, complaints, etc. against users who are disrespecting any clause present in the general conditions.

The agreement between the user and SmartFastPay will be terminated, by full right, regardless of any notification or summons, judicial or extrajudicial, in the event of non-compliance by the user with these general conditions.

SmartFastPay reserves the right to modify the rules above at any time, at its sole discretion, regardless of prior notice.

What does SmartFastPay do? Toggle content

SmartFastPay Technology and Services is a Brazilian company that offers local payment methods for national or international websites. We process payments in local currency or market-specific solutions. To use our services, you must be registered on the partner Sites to whom we offer the services.

As SmartFastPay is a payment and technology company, we do not have the autonomy to cancel and/or decide any internal processes of our partners. Therefore, all information about delivery, tracking, refunds, and other details of your purchase should be requested directly from your shopping site.

How long does it take to confirm my payment? Toggle content

The payment processing time may vary according to the payment method used.

We do not have autonomy over the processing time since we depend on the settlement/confirmation of the bank. When we receive the payment confirmation from the bank, the transaction is automatically approved, and the credit is sent to the purchase site.

If the indicated processing time has exceeded the expected period, we ask that you contact the purchase site sending the payment voucher.

  • PIX: Instantaneous or up to 11 minutes
  • Traditional Boleto: Between 24h to 72h
  • Credit Card: Instantaneous
  • Debit Card: Instantaneous
  • TED Bank Transfer: If made within business hours, TED transfers can take up to 2 hours to be identified by the receiving bank and compensated in your contact's account. However, if transfers are made outside business hours or on weekends, they will be scheduled for the next business day.
  • DOC Bank Transfer: an option for transfers from one bank to another, when performed until 9:59 PM on a business day, the operation is compensated on the next business day. After this time and on weekends and holidays, the credit only occurs on the second business day.
